Spa Services & Appointments
Bookings for spa treatments and wellness services can be cancelled or rescheduled according to our service-specific cancellation terms.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a standard appointment without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable, depending on the service booked.
Membership Purchases
All membership purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed and access to benefits is granted.

Franchise Purchases
Franchise fees paid towards a The Bliss Spa franchise are non-refundable once the agreement is signed and payment is processed.

Refunds
Due to the nature of our wellness services, digital vouchers, prepaid packages, memberships, and franchise opportunities, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is confirmed, except where required by law.
